Mr. Dastvan is the founder and President of Dastvan, Inc. Prior to founding Dastvan, Inc., he had more than 17 years of experience in corporate financial management, with 9 years at the executive level culminating in the position of CFO of a $70 million business in the Baltimore–Washington Metropolitan area.

During his career, Mr. Dastvan has worked with a number of clients in the healthcare industry, insurance brokers, business and engineering consultants and development stage hardware and software developers and pharmaceutical development enterprises. In addition, he has developed specialized skills in the area of mergers and acquisitions with transactions of entities producing annual revenue streams between $150,000 to over $30 million.

Mr. Dastvan is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Public Accountants.
